01. What if I don't see an item that I'm looking for?

The chances are, if your in the market for anything offroad, we can get it even if you don't see it on our site.  Start off by using the search button located on the header, if that doesn't help, give us a call or drop us an email and one of our experienced sales associates will gladly help you find exactly what your looking for

02. Can you give me more information about where my order is coming from

We proudly build all our parts right here in Southern Utah using parts and material made right here in the USA.  We try our hardest to support our local vendors when ever possible.

03. Has my order been sent yet?

Most of the items we build are built to order and not kept as inventory items.  We do our best to keep in contact with you during the whole process, but if you haven't been updated with the status of your order, please contact us for up dates so we can ease your pain of waiting.  

04 Can I track my order ?

We would think there is something wrong with you if you didn't want to track your new purchase. 90% of the time we use UPS or LTL freight.  In both cases, you will recieve a tracking number upon shipping when the package leaves the building.

05. Part of my order is missing

It's possible that your order has been shipped out in different phases.  Ex: if you ordered front and rear shocks, but only received the fronts, it's most likely we are still waiting from the rears to show up from the vendor.  As always, contact us with any concerns.

06. You’ve sent me the wrong items

Not our problem, you already paid us. Just kidding. We will make it our top priority to right our wrong and get you what you ordered as fast as possible.  We will send you a shipping label to send back the wrong part.

07. Which methods of payments can I use?

We accept all forms of payments from Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Checks or Cash.  Essentially, what ever makes life easier for you.

08. I forgot to use my discount code

If you are using a promotional discount code and forgot to punch it in, give us a call or shoot us and email and we will credit you back the difference.  

09. Is it safe to order online?

Ordering online via SVCOFFROAD.COM is as safe as ordering on sites like Amazon or Costco.com.  If you see what you like, at the price that makes you feel good inside, go ahead, click the button, we have families to feed and need your support.

10. Delivery - What if my packaged is damaged?

We insure all our packages that go out and will take the correct steps in processing all claims with the shipping company. 

11. Can I return an item? ​

No returns on any metal fabricated part such as front or rear bumpers, bypass racks, mid travel suspension or all other fabricated SVCOFFROAD products.  You have 48 hours to cancel this order from date of purchase.  After 48 hours, we will be placing your item into the production process. If you no longer need the item because of any circumstance, you are free to sell it and ask for our help in reselling your item.  All other items such as wheels, shocks, lights, electronics etc are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus any credit card fees that may have been incurred.  Please know, we are a small business and cannot operate like Amazon or Walmart.  We thank you for your understanding with this matter and ask that you know 100% that you want to purchase this product before doing so.
